You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and Services. Because DoStorm is basically a repository of structured information ("Brainstorms") posted by DoStorm users, Brainstorms and it's enclosed content do not represent the advice, views, opinions or beliefs of Vertical Align. We make no claim of accuracy of any user-posted material.

You may not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law or the terms.

2. User Content

All rights to use and modify mindmaps lay with the user and the persons the user has authorized to access or modify them - we do not and will not anytime in the future use or modify private Brainstorms for the purposes of the Service and will fully and thoroughly respect European data protection regulatives with regards to this content. However, if the user publishes Brainstorms to the public (doing so using the "share" feature of DoStorm.com) and posts content using the Services, he or she is granting permission to us and others to access and use it in connection with the Services, the Site and otherwise in connection with our business.
